ADOT’s Mesa conference focuses on disadvantaged, small businesses

An Arizona Department of Transportation event scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 22, is designed to help small businesses and firms qualifying for ADOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program compete for contracts in the transportation industry.

The theme of the session is Bridging Inclusive Growth, and the conference will take place at the Delta Hotel in Mesa, featuring opportunities for networking, discussions with contractors, one-on-one appointments with buying agencies and contractors, educational breakout sessions and opportunities to learn about ADOT programs designed to help build businesses, according to a release.
