ADOT to add passing lanes along SR 79 in Pinal County

The Arizona Department of Transportation will begin a project this month to build passing lanes along a segment of State Route 79 north of Florence. 

The $6.3 million project, which is expected to start July 6, will take place from about three miles north of the Gila River in Florence to about two miles south of the SR 79 interchange with US 60.
