State transportation officials advise drivers to plan and expect delays when westbound US 60 closes this weekend between Loop 101 and Interstate 10.
Crews will be working on a traffic shift from 10 p.m. Friday, March 21, until 4 a.m. Monday, March 24, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The westbound US 60 on-ramps at Country Club Drive, Alma School Road, Dobson Road, McClintock Drive, Rural Road and Mill Avenue will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday, ADOT officials said.
Eastbound I-10 detour: Use southbound Loop 101 to westbound Loop 202 to access eastbound I-10 beyond the closure.
Westbound I-10 detour: Use northbound Loop 101 westbound Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) to access westbound I-10 beyond the closure.
Airport Access: Drivers traveling westbound on US 60 heading to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport should use northbound Loop 101 to westbound Loop 202 and use the Sky Harbor Boulevard entrance.
