The Arizona Department of Transportation completed more short-term signal improvements this week to help with traffic flow on Grand Avenue between Loop 303 and 163rd Avenue.
The recent improvements completed include new right turn signal arrows for eastbound Grand traffic to southbound Loop 303 and new protected left turn signal arrows for east- and westbound Grand traffic onto 163rd Avenue.
Additional improvements are planned in this location beginning this summer.
