ADOT asks for suggestions on I-10 improvements through central Phoenix

The Arizona Department of Transportation is conducting public meetings Nov. 5 and 9 to discuss options to address safety, traffic operations and regional travel growth along Interstate 10 between the Deck Park Tunnel and the I-10/I-17 Split interchange in Phoenix.

ADOT is preparing an Environmental Assessment and Design Concept Report to develop and evaluate alternative design concepts for proposed improvements, such as reconfiguring freeway ramp connections and lane configurations through the stretch of I-10.

An in-person meeting will take place 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at Garfield Elementary School, 811 N. 13th St., Phoenix.
