Arizona Department of Health Services reported 1,861 new coronavirus cases and 200 new deaths Friday, for a total of 791,106 cases and 14,662 deaths.
In the Peoria area, cases are at 23,591 compared with 21,864 this time two weeks ago, a difference of 1,727 according to Arizona Department of Health Services.
Over 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient's residence. If the patient's address was unknown the case was mapped to the address of the provider followed by the address of the reporting facility.
