Arizona Department of Health Services reported 4,671 new coronavirus cases and 176 new deaths Thursday, for a total of 743,232 cases and 12,819 deaths.
In the Peoria area, cases are at 21,864 compared with 20,459 this time last week, a difference of 1,405, according to Arizona Department of Health Services.
Over 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient's residence. If the patient's address was unknown the case was mapped to the address of the provider followed by the address of the reporting facility.
