Discussion on adding seven apartments at 512 N. Valley Drive to have a 13-unit rental property has been continued to a June meeting.
Sridhar Krishnan of AUM Investments, the applicant, is seeking a planned development major amendment for a 1-acre property zoned high density multiple-family residential by planned development.
A 6-foot-tall wall will be built around the property, but a planned security gate to be installed at the entrance to only allow authorized residents and delivery/service professionals access was not included in submitted plans, the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission was told May 25.
