Hermosa Inn inducted into Historic Hotels of America program

There is an authentic Old West vibe that is inescapable at the Hermosa Inn, with its Southwestern adobe-style architecture, wood beams, beehive fireplaces and Camelback Mountain backdrop.

And, of course, not to mention the foundational lore that artist Alonzo “Lon” Megargee planted on the property almost a century ago.

But Paradise Valley Councilor Anna Thomasson says it goes deeper than the history, rustic ambiance and Arizona visuals.
