Adams: ID changes good, but stop watering at all hours
I think it’s an excellent idea to have large photo IDs for guests. I’m sure lots of people take advantage of the system, as do many others in our country and the world.
I did not know we could get photo IDs for guests. Do they have an expiration date? I moved here two years ago and would love to bring my daughter and son-in-law.
Also, it really concerns me every time I drive by watering of golf courses or trees and shrubs during all times of the day. No matter what the temperatures are, watering should be done approximately 5 a.m. before the sun comes up. Watering when the sun is up, it’s a waste of water because the sun causes most of the water to evaporate. When I drive by and see this, it upsets me and I see dollars just being wasted and plant life being denied the water they would receive if watered earlier in the day. Ask an expert landscape.
