ADA, senior transit options remain lacking in Surprise

Not one side of the equation charged with a system of providing rides to Americans with Disabilities Act certified residents and seniors is satisfied.

That said, Valley Metro representative and some Surprise council members expressed some rays of hope during the June 7 Surprise City Council Work Session.

Tom Young, Valley Metro’s accessible transit services manager, made the presentation. As expected he said the pandemic did not help.
