Ace Hardware planned in Cadence in Mesa

An Ace Hardware is to be built north of Cadence Parkway and east of Ellsworth Road in the Cadence subdivision in Mesa.

Cadence is an approximately 464-acre master-planned community north of the State Route 24 freeway alignment, east of Ellsworth Road, south of Ray Road and west of Crismon Road.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to approve the site plan review for the 4.3-acre property. Board member Troy Peterson was absent.
