Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale will introduce its addition of the cutting-edge Artis Q neurointerventional biplane system to its medical technology suite on Friday, Jan. 31.
The ribbon cutting/open house is not open to the public. Local first responders will be honored.
This system employs dual X-rays to generate high-resolution, 3D images of blood vessels in the brain and spinal cord, enhancing capabilities in stroke care, interventional radiology and neurology.
“This is a continuation of our commitment to provide top-notch, state-of-the-art brain and spine care to the Northwest Valley and surrounding communities,” stated Stephen Garner, CEO of Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, in a press release.
The biplane system represents an investment in patient care and medical innovation, offering superior imaging, enhanced process efficiency and support for advanced stroke treatment.
“This addition reaffirms Abrazo Health’s commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements and promoting our goal of a community built on care,” stated Joseph Warburton, chief operating officer, Abrazo Arrowhead Campus.
Abrazo Arrowhead is at 18701 N. 67th Ave., Glendale.
