Abrams: Need strong Sun City HOA to stop rule breakers
Posted
By Irene Abrams, Sun City
“You get what you pay for” applies to the age overlay situation.
I, too, thought that SCHOA was here to enforce the rules and regulations, but without any teeth the rules are ignored. Most of the time it’s homeowners who will rent houses to anybody that will pay knowing that they can get away with it if rules are broken.
We need a strong HOA even if fees are to be mandatory. It would be better than all of Sun City going to hell, which is what’s happening.
