A third gas station is coming to Peoria intersection

A third gas station is planned for the intersection of Olive and 83rd avenues in Peoria.

The Peoria Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit that will allow for a Fry’s gas station on 1.3 vacant acres at the northeast corner, as part of the Trellis at Roundtree Ranch mixed-use project, in which an apartment community of the same name is adjacent.

A future Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins drive-through restaurant is also planned for the northeast corner. A Circle K and associated gas station is on the southeast corner and a Valero gas station is on the northwest corner.
