A Phoenix developer buys land for industrial project

Posted

A 9.4-acre tract of Phoenix land has exchanged hands,  according to a GO Industrial press release.

The land — near Sky Harbor International Airport — currently houses a single-story office building which is expected to be demolished.

A 159,305-square-foot industrial building is expected to be eventually built on the site which will feature 27 dock-high doors, four drive-in loading doors, 47 trailer stalls, and 164 auto parking spots, the press release stated.

The land is located at 3050 S. 35th St., Phoenix.

Ross Brown Partners represented both the seller and the buyer.

“We are thrilled to partner with GO Industrial on this exceptional opportunity,” said Payton Kruidenier and Kyle McGinley, owners of Ross Brown Partners. “This project’s in-fill location and potential are outstanding, and we look forward to playing a key role in its strategic lease-up and ultimate success.”
