A new proposed drive-through Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins is planned for the northeast corner of Olive Avenue and 83rd Avenue.
The Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission recenly approved a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the new drive-through restaurant with a 300 square foot outdoor dining patio.
The restaurant is planned to be abut 2,031 square foot and face the Parc Roundtree Ranch multi-family development to the north, according to a staff report. The drive-through will be routed south of the building toward Olive Avenue. To reduce potential impact to the multi-family residential development to the north, the speaker box and menu board will be oriented toward Olive Avenue, and the pick-up window will be oriented to the east, according to the report.
