Cushman & Wakefield advises sale of La Quinta Inn & Suites

Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm brokered the sale of a 108-room La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel, 16321 N. 83rd Ave.

The property is adjacent to the P83 Entertainment District, and sold to Toronto-based Sun Valley Hotels LLC. No price was disclosed.

Bill Murney with Cushman & Wakefield’s hospitality team in Phoenix represented the seller in the transaction.
