92nd Street multifamily project pulled from Scottsdale agenda

The day before Scottsdale City Council was expected to vote on a 310-unit multifamily project south of Shea Boulevard on 92nd Street, development officials have requested to push the proposal to a later date.

Tiffany & Bosco Senior Planner Kurt Jones sent a 1:43 p.m. Oct. 4 email to city officials requesting to continue the 92nd Street multifamily request to a date to be determined. Jones cited needing time to iron out a request from the McCormick Ranch Property Owners Association and finalizing an agreement with Ironwood Offices ownership.

“As we continue to improve our proposal to meet the requirements of the MRPOA and stakeholders within the community, we are respectfully requesting continuance from tomorrow night’s scheduled City Council meeting,” Jones wrote in the email.
