The first of three highly anticipated multifamily housing developments will official enter Scottsdale City Council purview on Tuesday night as elected officials vote on a 310-unit project.
A multifamily development known as 92nd Street is on the council’s Tuesday, Oct. 5, agenda. A second mixed-use, multifamily residential development known as Greenbelt 88 was rescheduled at the request of the applicant to a Nov. 16 meeting.
Both projects have been the topic of community conversation because of a lukewarm attitude toward apartment buildings, added density and overall impacts to traffic, population and other infrastructure.
