Awarding a $913,919 contract to Chasse Building Team for expanding the Kids’ Zone at the Main Library, 64 E. First St., will be considered at the Dec. 8 meeting of the Mesa City Council. The project is to be funded by 2018-authorized arts and culture bonds.
