80s-themed concert after April 6 drag races in Chandler

On Saturday, April 6, after the televised NHRA races at Firebird Motorsports Park,  Wild Horse Pass Festival Grounds will be the site of a nostalgic concert.

The 80’s Rock Tour will be held from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Festival Grounds, 19593 S. 48th St., Chandler, located between Firebird Motorsports Park and Rawhide Western Town.

The show will feature Lou Gramm, the original voice of Foreigner and a recent nominee for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. There's also Steve Augeri, former lead vocalist of Journey; Fran Cosmo, former vocalist of Boston and John Payne, former vocalist of Asia.

Tickets are $35 for general admission and $85 for VIP.  The GA ticket price for Gila River Indian Community members, first responders, military veterans and active-duty military is $30.
