80 acres sold, slated for Casa Grande development

An 80-acre development property on the southwest corner of McDavid Road and Hidden Valley Road in Casa Grande has been sold to Elenes Maricopa, LLC for $940,000.

The seller was Ropalm Ventures, LLC. Real estate firm Kidder Mathews’ Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri represented both parties in the sale.

The property is in an area of accelerated growth in Pinal County, just outside of Maricopa’s city limits. It is located on two section line corners at a major planned thoroughfare, with Global Water Resources as the area's designated water and sewer utility provider.

“This sale shows there’s continued interest from land investors for well-positioned properties,” Rosella shared in a press release. “Maricopa has quickly grown into one of the most desirable communities of the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area and continues on the path of sustained growth.”
