72Sold has added Edson Barrantes as its chief strategy officer.
Barrantes will take on this new role while keeping his current role as chief marketing officer, according to a press release.
Barrantes will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategic plan for 72Sold. He will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities, set goals, and develop plans for growth and expansion.
Additional responsibilities include managing and prioritizing objectives, requests and communication of inter-departmental workflow. Barrantes will act as the primary delivery source for messaging between the department heads and the CEO, the press release stated.
“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to take on a larger role with this fast-growing company,” Barrantes said in a press release. “72Sold has expanded into 81 major U.S. cities already this year and is among the fastest growing companies in America. We are helping thousands of homeowners across the country sell at 8%-12% higher average prices, something never before achieved in this industry.”
Since its inception in 2018, 72Sold has proven its overwhelming success in the Arizona market. In January, a partnership with the largest real estate franchise in the world, Keller Williams Realty, allowed 72Sold to propel its national expansion.
“Edson is a gifted leader, organizer, and media expert who has been foundational to our growth and success over the past two years,” Greg Hague, founder of 72Sold said said in a press release. “He is admired and respected by everyone at 72Sold corporate and is the perfect individual to manage our explosive growth. He is also among the nicest, most caring people you could know. I am proud to call him a friend.”
