71 acres annexed into city of Mesa

A total of 71.3 acres north of Pecos Road and west of Signal Butte Road have been annexed by the city of Mesa at the request of the property owner.

The Mesa City Council on Dec. 1 approved an ordinance regarding the annexation in a consent agenda with other items.

The annexation was initiated by applicant Josh Tracy of Ryan Cos. for the owner, Tucker Properties Ltd.
