64-home single-family infill development planned in Laveen

A 64-home single-family infill development is coming to Laveen.

The development will fill in a 11.1-acre vacant lot on the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Vineyard Road. With the exception of a few other vacant lots, the larger surrounding area is built out, mostly with other single-family houses.

The project received approval for stipulation changes from Phoenix Planning Hearing Officer Byron Easton last month.
