A six-story luxury apartment building is proposed on a 6.1-acre property southwest of Kierland Commons.
The planned 70-foot-tall building southwest of Kierland Boulevard and Marilyn Road is being developed by The Related Group and will be called Icon Kierland.
“Their product is always first class,” development lawyer Nick Wood bragged on behalf of his client, The Related Group, to the Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee this month, “but… everyone has their best of their best of their products. And that’s what Related is recommending here, and that’s their Icon product. And you know, ‘iconic’ is certainly something that they’re trying to create.”
