A dental office with a drive-thru and five other projects will be discussed at the July 13 work session of the Mesa Design Review Board.

Members of the board will conduct the 4:30 p.m. Tuesday meeting via a telephonic conferencing platform, and the live meeting will be accessible telephonically.

Items on the agenda include the preliminary design review of:

• a dental office with a drive-thru on 1.04 acres east of Greenfield Road on the north side of Baseline Road. Jonathan Ammon of Jammon Studios is the applicant and Blue Glacier LLC is the owner.
• an industrial business park on 101.7 acres east of the Sossaman Road alignment on the south side of Warner Road. Wendy Riddell of Berry Riddell LLC is the applicant and Tonto Corp. and Gateway Business Park LLC are the owners.
• an industrial development on 9.9 acres west of Hawes Road on the north side of Ray Road. Eric Zitny of Ware Malcomb is the applicant and Marwest Enterprises LLC/Santan 74 LLLP is the owner. The case was continued from the June 15 meeting.
• a restaurant with a drive-thru on 1.2 acres south of Ray Road and east of Ellsworth Road. Stephanie Watney of Withey Morris PLC is the applicant and PPGN-Ellsworth LLLP is the owner.
• a drive-thru coffee shop on .7 acres on the southwest corner of Stapley Drive and University Drive. Tim Rasnake of Archicon is the applicant and Singh Jaswinder/Surinder K is the owner.
• an industrial development on 6.8 acres east of Sossaman Road on the south side of Pecos Road. Larry L. Allen of ThirtyThree North Architects is the applicant and East Comstock LLC is the owner.

The all-volunteer board is unique in that its composition is set by the zoning ordinance to include two architects; two from other design professions such as landscape architecture, engineering, urban planning, interior design or other design-related background; one contractor or developer; and two citizens, according to the city’s website.
