The 37th Annual Renaissance Festival opens Saturday, Feb. 1 with all the favorites: an outdoor amusement park, a 16-stage theatre, a 50-acre circus, an arts and crafts fair, a jousting tournament, and a feast, all rolled into one day-long adventure.
