“By purchasing Local Property Management LLC we can serve a larger population of the community, serving not only property owners but serving renters by helping them locate the rental that best fits their needs,” the release states.
4Ten Real Estate and Property Management is a full-service real estate brokerage that offers clients representation in buy and sell real estate transactions, property management and rental transactions in Maricopa and Pinal County.
