Water conservation is critical to ensuring plentiful water will continue to be available to Sun City West.
The Property Owners and Residents Association Water Committee continues to keep up with the happenings in the surrounding areas as well as locally that can impact water use in the community.
With the recent construction of a 50-home development from K. Hovnanian that will also be a part of the Recreation Center of Sun City West, the question of the community having access to the appropriate amount of water comes into play.
