The property is at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, which is operated by the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. PMGAA consists of representation from Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Gila River Indian Community and Phoenix.
