4-story, 95-room La Quinta planned in SW Phoenix

A La Quinta Inn & Suites is planned at the northeast corner of 91st Avenue and McDowell Road, on the Phoenix-Tolleson border.

The hotel received preliminary site plan approval through the city of Phoenix this month.

The four-story hotel will have 95 rooms across four buildings on a 2.2-acre property. The hotel will be divided into four fairly equally sized buildings, ranging between 12,900 and 14,100 square feet.
