$4 million allocated to Scottsdale mechanical, plumbing work

Scottsdale has contracted with three companies for various citywide mechanical and plumbing work to the tune of $4 million.

The contracts with Midstate Mechanical Inc.; McCarthy Building Cos. Inc.; and Summa Mechanical Contractors Inc. were approved by Scottsdale City Council Feb. 16.

A city staff report outlines the initial two-year term for the job order contracts, with a maximum amount of $4 million. An individual job order maximum can be $1.5 million.
