Four men have been indicted in connection with the November attack on former Arizona Coyotes player Paul Bissonnette.

Henry Mesker, 25, Danny Bradley, 23, Sean Daley, 29, and John Carroll, 51, were indicted on aggravated assault and disorderly conduct charges, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

On Nov. 24, Bissonnette was waiting for his food order at a Scottsdale restaurant when “he noticed Mesker, Bradley, Daley, and Carroll acting aggressively towards the restaurant manager,” the release stated.

When Bissonnette intervened, “the defendants became violent and began attacking him.”

The group followed him out of the restaurant and into a parking lot, where the attack continued until Bissonnette was able to get away, according to MCAO.

Trial is tentatively set for this summer.
