4 finalists for South Mountain college president meet public

The public is invited to public forums Monday with the four finalists chosen in a search to become the next president of South Mountain Community College in Phoenix.
The forums will take place from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, in Student Union 101 at the college, 7050 S. 24th St., Phoenix.
The candidates are:
Dr. Richard Daniel, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Education Forward Arizona.
Veronica Hipolito, vice president of student affairs at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
Dr. Tanisha M.J. Maxwell, chief student services officer at Los Medanos College.
Dr. Janet Ortega, interim president of South Mountain Community College.
The forums are open to students, employees and the public.
