A commercial real estate firm recently brokered the $7.2 million sale of a 38-acre residential site in North Scottsdale.
According to a press release, firm Kidder Mathews represented the buyer, C&W Investments LLC in the off-market purchase of the site, which is located at the southeast corner or 128th Street and Ranch Gate Rd. The seller was Denise Bixler.
The property is one of the last remaining large and developable parcels in the North Scottsdale submarket, according to the release.
