Residential uses should be allowed on 19.9 acres on the southwest corner of Crismon and Williams Field roads in the Cadence community, the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recommended recently.
The board voted unanimously on a consent agenda with other items Jan. 27 to recommend the City Council approve a major amendment to the Pacific Proving Grounds North Community Plan, also known as the Cadence Community Plan.
The change will modify sections for development unit 3 on the north side of the future State Route 24 freeway alignment between Ellsworth Road to approximately one-quarter mile east of the Crismon Road alignment.
