Zipps Sports Grill has begun the process of opening again after federal authorities earlier this week took 35 undocumented immigrants into custody after federal agents served arrest warrants at all 15 locations Jan. 26.
The company has opened its Tempe location on Warner Avenue and was working to open further locations this week, according to a spokesman for the bar and grill chain.
The investigation into the company remains ongoing, according to a written statement issued by the Department of Homeland Security.
