$30K winner sold at Phoenix QuikTrip; Powerball, Mega Millions jackpots top $1B

There were no big winners over the weekend in either the Powerball or Mega Millions, making the combined prize in Monday's and Tuesday's drawings more than $1 billion.

There was one $30,000 winner ($10k + 3X Megaplier) for Mega Millions on Friday, July 7. The ticket was sold at the QuikTrip, 5960 W. Buckeye Road in Phoenix.

The estimated jackpot for Monday night’s Powerball is $675 million. Tuesday’s Mega Millions will be worth about $480 million, lottery officials said.
