The two-vehicle collision happened Sunday night near Grand and Northern avenues.
Glendale police said a vehicle driven by a woman with three child passengers was heading northwest on Grand through a green light when a truck turned left to go northbound on 67th Avenue, leading to a collision. Police said the northwest bound vehicle caught fire.
Police said all occupants exited both vehicles after the collision. However, the three children in the northwest bound vehicle were taken to the hospital. A teenager sustained serious injuries while a pre-teen and a toddler had non-life threatening injuries.
The juvenile passenger in the truck was not injured.
The roadway was closed until around 2:30 a.m. Monday, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Police said impairment was not a factor, but the investigation continues.
