Luxury real estate expert Joan Levinson is selling a 27-acre property worth $55 million in Paradise Valley that recently fell out of contract and became available again.
The parcel is next to Mummy Mountain within walking distance of Paradise Valley Country Club, north of Lincoln Drive and east of Tatum Boulevard. Mountain views are on three sides and the city lights of Scottsdale to the north.
This is the largest flat acreage parcel remaining in all of Paradise Valley, located in one of the most premier and expensive areas of the town, according to Levinson. It’s flat, non-hillside and zoned R-43.
