258-unit apartment complex planned in Eastmark

An apartment complex with 258 units in 24 buildings is to be constructed east of Ellsworth Road and north of Ray Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Sept. 22 voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the council approve a site plan review for the 10.49-acre site within the Eastmark community, with board members Shelly Allen and Tim Boyle absent.
