The four-story Grayhawk Residences at Chandler planned at the northeast corner of Frye Road and Nevada Street is to have its own six-story garage.
The Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission on Dec. 20 voted unanimously to recommend the city council approve an area plan, rezoning and preliminary development plan for the 3.74-acre development.
The rezoning is from general industrial district to planned area development for multifamily residential with mid-rise overlay to allow heights up to 70 feet, according to city documents.
