The first two parcels of land in the D.R. Horton portion of Superstition Vistas — parcels 19.1 and 19.2 — will have model homes open by January 2023, the Apache Junction Water District was told recently.
Parcel 19.1 is to become a 110-unit subdivision, and Parcel 19.2 is to be a 109-unit subdivision, Water District Director Mike Loggins said during the Jan. 18 meeting of the water district board, which is comprised of City Council members.
Parcel 19.1 is in section 19 and the first parcel in the D.R. Horton property. The 90% design for Parcel 19.1 is being done by Hilgart Wilson Engineers, and the contractor is Rummel Construction, he said.
