WEST VALLEY PREPS

2023 Preps football preview: Willow Canyon

Willow Canyon football believes its 2022 season produced something even more valuable than its first playoff appearance in 11 years and near upset of eventual 5A runner up Cactus in the first round.

For the first time in more than a decade, the Wildcats have a program identity.

This year will be a stern test of that belief. Only six starters return and one of them — senior safety Jason Campbell — is likely to miss the entire season recovering from a knee injury.
