While 2022 was very successful bounce back season for Centennial football, the program's standards are such that 8-3 and a first round Open Division loss is not considered all the way back.
Before the 2023 season begins, Coyotes players and coaches said they believe this team can bring a program with seven state titles back to its heights.
“Coming out of spring and summer I would say we’re probably three weeks ahead of where we normally are, strength-wise and in our knowledge of schemes. I’m really pleased with where we’re at now,” Taylor said.
