2-story garage planned at home on Inca Circle in Mesa

A variance was approved recently to allow the construction of a two-story garage at a home west of North Gilbert Road and south of East McKellips Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Board of Adjustment on Jan. 4 voted unanimously to approve a new attached garage within the required front and rear setbacks at 1920 E. Inca Circle.

The general plan designation for the property is neighborhood, Staff Planner Evan Balmer said at a study session prior to the meeting.
