2 Scottsdale bike riders raising money for cancer research

Two Scottsdale residents will raise money for cancer research by riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge in Massachusetts Aug.1-2.

Tim Preston and Christoper Hunt will join more than 6,000 cyclists and 4,000 volunteers to raise money for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, according to a press release.

The event is aiming to raise more than $79 million this year.
