Preliminary plats for two four-lot subdivisions on Quail Run Road are currently in review by the Paradise Valley Planning Commission.
The applicant, Fred Fleet with Coe & Van Loo Consultants, is requesting approval to divide 5.059-acre and 5.16-acre parcels into four lots each, one tract, a new public road and improvement of North Quail Run Road.
Issues discussed at the commission’s work study session Oct. 17 are the fact that there are two separate subdivisions instead of one eight lot subdivision, the length of Quail Run Road, emergency access and dedication of the right-of-way.
